Himachal Pradesh unit of BJP today accused Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh of targeting party leader Prem Kumar Dhumal and his sons and asked him to refrain from making "irresponsible" statements.
Virbhadra was pressuring Vigilance Department to initiate action against Anurag and Arun, the two sons of former CM Prem Kumar Dhumal, state BJP chief Stapal Singh Satti said.
Virbhadra had yesterday said that a section of media had joined a vilification campaign launched against him by Dhumal and his sons.
Taking exception to the CM's statement, Satti said that Virbhadra's comments were "irresponsible" and rather than levelling false charges at others, he should reply to the allegations made against him.
