Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh today said some Congressmen were working against the party and helping opponents and warned that black sheep would be identified and acted against.
"Whenany member of opposition wins time and again from any constituency, it indicates that it was not possible without the help of a few leaders within the party(Congress) who play politics behind the curtain," Singh said at a public meeting at Kotla Kalan in Kutlehar constituency of Una district.
