The sessions court here today granted anticipatory bail to the video jockey and former Bigg Boss contestant Siddharth Bhardwaj who is facing a criminal case for alleged molestation.
"The court granted pre-arrest bail to Bhardwaj," public prosecutor Nilima Kasture said.
Suburban Oshiwara police had last month registered a case under sections 354 (outraging woman's modesty), 509 (word, gesture or act intended to insult the modesty of a woman), 506 (criminal intimidation) and 504 (intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of peace) of the Indian Penal Code against Bhardwaj.

Judge Vrushali Joshi granted pre-arrest bail to Bhardwaj observing that his custodial interrogation was not necessary.
