Vohra, Omar greet people on Holi

Jammu and Kashmir Governor N N Vohra and Chief Minister Omar Abdullah today greeted the people on Holi, and hoped that the festival of colours would be a harbinger of peace, progress and prosperity in the state.

In his message, the Governor observed celebration of festivals, an important part of our rich cultural heritage, strengthens the bonds of brotherhood, love and amity.

He expressed hope that the coming Holi would spread happiness and joy all around and further promote harmony and brotherhood.

Wishing a happy Holi to the people, the Governor prayed for their well-being and prosperity.

The Chief Minister expressed hope that the day would be harbinger for peace, development and progress of the state and the country.
