Vice President M Venkaiah Naidu, External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj and other Union ministers today called on President Ram Nath Kovind.
They met Kovind at the Rashtrapati Bhavan, as per tweets by the president's secretariat.
Swaraj's meeting with Kovind comes a day after India and China almost completed the process of disengaging their respective border personnel at the face-off site at Dokalam.
Civil Aviation Minister Ashok Gajapathi Raju Pusapati, Health Minister J P Nadda, Women and Child Development Minister Maneka Gandhi, Minister of State for Commerce and Industry Nirmala Sitharaman and the Vice Chairman of NITI Aayog, Arvind Panagariya, also called on the president.
