It was a warm day today in the national capital with the maximum temperature rising to 27.2 degrees Celsius, five notches above the season's average.
The minimum temperature was recorded at 13.2 degrees Celsius, four notches above normal, said a MeT department official.
Foggy conditions prevailed in morning hours, leading to cancellation of 46 trains, and delaying 12 Delhi-bound services.

The humidity in air oscillated between 98 and 57 per cent.
The MeT office has predicted partly cloudy skies for tomorrow with moderate to dense fog in the morning.
"The skies will be partly cloudy. Shallow to moderate fog may occur in the morning. The maximum and minimum temperatures are expected to hover around 25 degrees Celsius and 11 degrees Celsius, respectively," the official said.
Yesterday, the maximum and minimum temperatures were recorded at 25.4 degrees Celsius and 11 degrees Celsius respectively.
