It was a warm day in the national capital with the maximum temperature settling at 35.5 degrees Celsius, a notch above the season's average even as the evenings turned pleasant.

The Met office has forecast overcast skies along with the likelihood of light rain and thundershower towards afternoon and evening tomorrow.
"The maximum and minimum temperatures are likely to hover at 33 and 21 degrees respectively.
Yesterday, the maximum and minimum temperature were 31.4 and 20 degrees Celsius respectively.
