Riding high on their win against Dabang Mumbai, Kalinga Lancers are all set to clash with hosts Delhi Waveriders in the Hockey India League here tomorrow.
In the previous clash between the two teams, defending Champions Delhi Waveriders had made a brilliant comeback to hold Lancers to a draw.
With just two wins out of nine games, Lancers have 16 points and will now play their last pool match against Waveriders with an intention to better their standing in the table before the League enters the semi-final phase.
Speaking ahead of the match, Lancers head coach Jude Felix said: "I am happy with the way the team has performed in their last match. We managed to draw against the Waveriders in our previous encounter. This is also going to be a crucial game for us and I hope the boys will play similarly with utmost coordination and give their best. Delhi is a strong team and has been performing really well in the League so it's going to be challenging for us.
