West Bengal Governor M K Narayanan has accepted the resignation of Justice Ashok Ganguly as chairman of West Bengal Human Rights Commission, highly-placed sources said today.
"The Governor has accepted the resignation and has informed the state government about it," the sources told PTI.
Ganguly had yesterday met the Governor at Raj Bhavan after which the judge refused to comment on the matter.
