The Wholesale Debt Market segment of the National Stock Exchange today witnessed a total turnover of Rs 3,307.90 crore in 65 trades.

The 91-Days Treasury bills (issue no.030714), traded at Rs 725.00 crore at weighted yield of 8.80 per cent, the 8.35 per cent government securities maturing in CG2022 traded at Rs 400.00 crore at weighted yield of 9.28 per cent and 91-Days Treasury bills (issue no.190614), traded at Rs 300.00 crore at weighted yield of 8.65 per cent.

The highest volume amount of trade during the week was at Rs 3,307.90 crore as on today, while the lowest volume amount Rs 2,198.91 crore on April 2.
This week, the weighted yield on government securities with a maturity period of 0-3 years, 3-7 years, 7-10 years and more than 10 years was quoted at 0.00 per cent, 0.00 per cent, 0.00 per cent and 9.06 per cent, respectively.
The weighted yields on treasury bills maturing within 90 days was 8.64 per cent, it was 8.80 per cent for bills of 91-182 days tenure, and 8.84 per cent for bills of 183-365 days' tenure.
During the week, the cumulative value of government securities, treasury bills and state government securities trading on the WDM was Rs 6,871.11 crore, trading in Non- Government securities was at Rs 1,858.40 crore, representing 78.71 per cent and 21.29 per cent of the total traded value, respectively, the NSE release said.
