Heavy rain would occur at isolated places over south coastal Andhra Pradesh, interior Tamil Nadu and Kerala. Moderate to dense fog would occur at isolated places over Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Chandigarh and Delhi, Punjab and north Rajasthan. Shallow to moderate fog would occur at isolated places over Meghalaya, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura, Sub-Himalayan West Bengal and Bihar.
