Railways today stated that some websites have given false advertisement about recruitment drive in the Railway Protection Force and said no such notification has been issued by the Ministry or RPF.
"Some websites are spreading false information regarding recruitment of about 18,000 constables in RPF. It is hereby informed that no such notification has been issued by RPF or Ministry of Railways on their official websites or through any print or electronic media," Railways said in a release.
It further said "RPF or Railway Ministry will not be responsible if anyone takes such false information seriously and gets victimized in any manner.
