'Welcome 2 Karachi' release postponed by a week

Arshad Warsi-Jackky Bhagnani starrer "Welcome 2 Karachi" will now hit theatres on May 28 instead of its original release on May 21.

The political satire was earlier scheduled to release a day ahead of Aanand L Rai's "Tanu Weds Manu Returns".

"#Welcome2Karachi now has a new release date. See you guys at the movies on the 28th of May," Jackky tweeted.

Directed by Ashish R Mohan, the film also stars American dancing sensation Lauren Gottlieb, besides two renowned Pakistani actors Ayub Khoso and Adnan Shah.

"Welcome 2 Karachi" is produced by Jackky's father Vashu Bhagnani.
