Delhi BJP today welcomed the Centre's decision to cancel the proposed Foreign Secretary- level dialogue with Pakistan, saying that the neighbouring country talks about peace and fighting terrorists on the one hand and, on the other, calls meets with anti-national and separatist forces in India.
In the weekly meeting presided by state BJP chief Satish Upadhyay, the party also passed a resolution on the issue.
"We welcome the decision of the Centre to cancel Foreign Secretary-level talks with Pakistan. By this, the government has respected the sentiments of the people of India," Upadhyay said in a statement here.
