Welspun Enterprises Ltd today said its Board of Directors will meet later this week to consider buyback of equity shares.
"A meeting of the Board of Directors of the company is scheduled to be held on December 22, 2016, inter alia, to consider the option to buyback the equity shares of the company," Welspun Enterprises Ltd said in a BSE filing.
Shares of Welspun Enterprises were trading 8.82 per cent higher at Rs 64.80 on BSE.
