Openers Jay Bista (81 not out) and Vijay Zol (71 not out) remained unbeaten as West made 165 without loss in 24.4 overs in reply to East zone's 159 for nine in 50 overs.
At the end of the tournament, South Zone finished as runners up with nine points and North ended up third with eight. East tallied seven points and Central completed their engagements at minus three points.
