What would be the domicile of the children of an army officer who is transferred from place to place?
The question was raised today by the Delhi High Court which asked the Centre whether there was any policy in place on the issue and if not, was there a need to frame such a policy.
"This seriously needs to be addressed," Justice Sanjeev Sachdeva told the lawyer appearing for the Centre and listed the matter for hearing on May 29.
