Wheat prices marginally went up by Rs 10 per quintal at the wholesale grains market today following increased offtake by flour mills.

However, other grains after trading in a narrow range in scattered deals, settled around previous levels.

Traders attributed the rise in wheat prices to increased demand from flour mills.

In the national capital, wheat dara (for mills) moved up by Rs 10 to Rs 1,550-1,555 per quintal. Atta chakki delivery followed suit and edged up by Rs 5 to Rs 1,555-1,560 per 90 kg.
