Punjab Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal today termed the charges levelled by the Congress on the alleged wheat scam as "misleading propaganda", saying the party could approach court if it has enough evidence.
He said senior Congress leader Sunil Jakhar and his associates are working hard to prove the wheat scam and they are free to knock the doors of court for the truth to come out.
He said the Congress is sticking to its anti-Punjab stance and creating unnecessary hue and cry over this issue.
Badal said the Congress is going through a severe political crisis not only in Punjab but in the entire country and have nothing else to showcase in this state.
The Chief Minister said levelling baseless allegations is not going to help them to retrieve their eroded base in Punjab.
