Wheat prices slid by Rs 10 per quintal in an otherwise steady wholesale grains market in the national capital today due to reduced offtake by flour mills against adequate supplies from producing areas.

However, other grains after moving in a narrow range on little doing, settled at last levels.

Traders said reduced offtake by flour mills against sufficient supplies from producing regions mainly kept pressure on wheat prices.
