Wheat firmed up by Rs 15 per quintal at the wholesale grains market today on increased offtake by flour mills amid restricted supplies from producing belts.
However, other grains continued to trade in a narrow range in limited deals and settled around previous levels.
Traders said increased offtake by flour mills against restricted arrivals from producing regions, kept wheat prices higher.

Atta flour mills, maida and sooji also moved up by Rs 10 each to Rs 850-860, Rs 900-910 and Rs 1,000-1,010 per 50 kg respectively.
