The 24-year-old 'Rolling in the Deep' hitmaker was tense on her special night as she struggled to fit into her tight dress, reported Contactmusic.
"I actually had another dress made for the Grammys, but I ended up, well, I passed out in it. It had a corset, so I was like, 'Oh, I can't wear that' so I ended up wearing this at short notice," Adele said.
The Grammy Awards marked Adele's first big public performance since undergoing an operation on her vocal cords last year.
The singer took home all the awards she was nominated for, including album of the year for her record-breaking hit '21'.
