Trump said he has seen suffering.
"I have, I have. And I see suffering. I mean, I see tremendous suffering, and I understand it. I have a very big heart. A lot of people don't understand that, but people that know me do. "Well, what China has done to us has been -- maybe you do the world -- you know, you do have methods of suing countries, OK?" Trump said.
