The Allahabad High Court today asked the Noida Authority to give a detailed explanation as to why it was "not possible" to have multi-level parking lots for all sectors in the city bordering the national capital.
A division bench comprising Chief Justice D B Bhosle and Justice Yashwant Verma directed Shivam Yadav, the counsel appearing on behalf of the Authority, to place "sector wise" information before the court "about area, population and feasibility of multi-level parking".
The order was passed in course of hearing on a Public Interest Litigation filed by one Shrikant Vaidya.

However, the court asked the counsel to provide detailed reply by the next date of hearing on April 10 and observed "such parking arrangements have been beautifully made in many parts of the country".
