Uttar Pradesh BJP today finalised the programme to complete the organisational elections of the party up to district level and members of the state council by December 10.
"A meeting of the district level election officers was held in which it was decided that the process up to district level and members of the state council will be completed by December 10," BJP's State Election Officer and MP Mahendra Nath Pandey told reporters here.
The meeting was attended by national vice-president and UP incharge Om Prakash Mathur, state president Laxmi Kant Bajpai and general secretary (organisation) Sunil Bansal.

Pandey said that during the meeting it was decided that booth level unit elections should be completed between November 8 to November 20 and of mandal committees between between November 21 to November 30.
It was decided to complete the elections for district party chiefs and state council members by December 10.
A special three-day drive would be launched from tomorrow to verify the active membership of the party, he added.
