Will quit if party high command directs: Amarinder

"I work for the party. The moment the party high command will ask me to resign as the PCC chief, I will do that," Singh said, addressing a party meeting on the upcoming civic polls in the state.

A PCC office bearer had recently written to party president Sonia Gandhi, demanding removal Amarinder Singh, alleging that the Congress was in its "worst situation" in Punjab.
