Stating that removal of Congress from power at the Centre and in the states was "in the national interest", Chautala, on the sidelines of a function here, said his party is working in this direction.
Responding to whether his party will tie up with BJP in the 2014 elections, Chautala said, "We are ready to support any party that is against the principles of Congress. Any party that comes to us against Congress, we are ready to give it our support".
Chautala, who is also a former Chief Minister of Haryana, claimed that regional parties would form the government at the Centre this time as the "public has realised that regional parties understand their problems best".
He also said that his party is working towards the formation of a third front.
