Windy day in Delhi, mercury settles below normal

It was a windy day in the national capital with the mercury settling at four notches below normal.

"The maximum temperature was recorded at 20.9 degrees Celsius, four notches below normal, while the minimum temperature settled at 15.8 degrees Celsius, five notches above normal," a MeT official said.

Humidity levels oscillated between 100 and 74 per cent.

The weatherman has predicted partly cloudy sky for Saturday morning and cold winds sweeping the city.

"Maximum and minimum temperatures will settle around 25 and 12 degrees Celsius," the official added.
