It was a windy day in the national capital with the minimum temperature settling at 8 degrees Celsius, a notch above the season's average, while trains services were affected due to fog.
According to the Northern Railway, as many as 24 north- bound trains were cancelled, 23 rescheduled and 49 were delayed till 5 pm due to fog.
The maximum temperature in Delhi was recorded at 22.7 degrees Celsius, three notches above the normal, an MeT department official said.

The weatherman has forecast clear skies for tomorrow with mist and shallow fog in the morning.
"The maximum and minimum temperatures are expected to hover around 24 degrees Celsius and 8 degrees Celsius respectively," the MeT department said.
Yesterday, the maximum temperature was recorded at 23.4 degrees Celsius while the minimum settled at 6.8 degrees.
