"Present dispensation has failed on all fronts and woes of commoners have been mounting due to anti-people policies being propagated by this regime," PDP General Secretary Thakur Balbir Singh said while addressing public gatherings at Chigi Makuwal today.
"Since Omar Abdullah has taken over as chief minister of the state, problems of the common masses have been increasing," he claimed.
The PDP leader said both NC and Congress were equally responsible for the problems of people.
"Both NC and Congress have failed to fulfill the promises they have made with the people of this state during the Assembly elections," Singh claimed.
He alleged underdevelopment in this belt was a clear indication that this government was not serious about solving problems of the people.
He called upon his party workers to educate the masses about the revolutionary steps taken by Mufti Mohammed Sayeed during his tenure as chief minister of the state, and added, it was during regime of PDP-led government that all regions and sub-regions of the state were treated equally.
