A 20-year-old woman was allegedly abducted and gangraped by three youths in Kithore police station area here, police said today.
The incident took place on Sunday night when the victim had gone to a nearby forest to relieve herself, they said.
Three youths of the same village- Aalam, Rahees and Yakub allegedly abducted her on gun point and raped her.
The girl, managed to escape yesterday morning and her parents then reported the matter to police, they added.
The medical examination of the victim has confirmed rape and a case has been registered in this connection, police said, adding, efforts are on to nab the absconding accused.
