A woman has accused her husband and in-laws of harassing and demanding dowry in Sushant Lok area of Gurgaon, police said today.
On the basis of the complaint filed by the woman, police has registered cases against her husband, father-in-law and sister-in-law for demanding dowry from the woman.
In the complaint, her husband and in-laws had started harassing her soon after her marriage. She also mentioned that they use to beat her everyday and threated to kill her too, police said.
Police has booked the accused under relevant sections of IPC and further investigations are on, they said.
