Woman accuses son-in-law for daughter's death in Faridabad

A woman has filed a complaint against her son-in-law for his alleged carelessness which resulted in the death of her daughter here, police said today.

Mohini, a resident of Rajasthan filed a complaint on August 4, alleging that her 23-year-old daughter Hema died following the carelessness of her son-in-law Ajay during her pregnancy, police said.

According to the FIR, Hema delivered a still born baby on July 6 and died on the subsequent day due to infection. The mother also accused the doctors for not clearing her uterus properly.

A case has been registered at SGM Nagar police station here under section 304A of IPC, ASI Kuljeet said, adding that no arrests have been made in connection with the case, the officer said, adding that investigations are on in the case.
