A 26-year-old woman was allegedly raped for several months by her friend on the pretext of marrying her in Amar Colony area of the national capital.
Police said the woman alleged in her complaint that she was in a relationship for over nine months. The incident was reported on Tuesday.
"The woman alleged Manoj Kapoor compelled her to get into a physical relatioship with him. After sometime, Kapoor started ignoring her," said a police official, adding the man would be arrested soon.
The official also said a case has been registered at Amar Colony police station.
