A 23-year-old married woman has filed a police complaint here alleging that she was raped by the husband of her sister-in-law and her in-laws were harassing her demanding more dowry, police said today.
In her complaint the woman alleged that after her marriage on February 22, 2015, her husband and in-laws were harassing her demanding more dowry.
She also alleged that in between the period she was also raped by the husband of her sister-in-law.
On the basis of the complaint a case has been registered with Women Police Station Sector -16A Faridabad, the police said.
The police have started investigations in the case, said the investigating officer Sub-inspector Rajkumari.
