Fehmida was apprehended from Seelampur yesterday on a tip off, Sanjay Kumar Jain, Deputy Commissioner of Police (Crime), said today.
"She was arrested earlier also in drug peddling cases. She was declared bad character by local police. When she was 10 years old, her father passed away due to cancer. Femida and her mother started selling vegetables in the area of Seelam Pur.
"At the age of 15 years, she was married to one Salim who later died. Akram, brother of Fehmida was a drug addict and he used to procure smack from one Laloo Pehalwan. She too started selling smack after procuring from Pehalwan," Jain claimed.
