A 30-year-old married woman was stabbed by four youths at Bharatpur village in Shamli district, police said today.
Mustafa, Yusuf, Mustakeem and Alimustafa allegedly entered the victim's house yesterday and attacked her, they said.
The woman was rushed to hospital in serious condition, police said.
A case has been registered against the four persons, aged between 20-25, for attempt to murder in this connection, they said.
The accused are absconding, police said, adding that the motive behind the attack has not been ascertained yet.
