A woman constable was allegedly molested today by three youths when she was on her way to work, police said.
According to the complaint filed by the victim, three motorcycle-borne youths stopped her on her way to Kanian in the district and passed lewd remarks and molested her.
The accused, all in their twenties, also threatened her of dire consequences, police said.
Two of the youths have been identified as Jagjit Singh and Manjinder Singh. However, the identity of the third youth is yet to be ascertained, they said.
Police said a case has been registered in this regard and efforts are on to apprehend them.
