The mutilated body of Reena Kumari (23) was found on the Sahibabad-Anand Vihar route, they said.
Kumari, who was was posted at Tihar jail, was a resident of Janakpuri in west Delhi and was in the district for some personal work.
The news of Kumari's death has been informed to her husband Sunil Kumar, also a Delhi Police constable, police said.
