Woman crosses over to PoK as troops exchange fire on IB

Amid exchange of fire between Indian and Pakistani troops, a woman crossed over to PoK from Jammu and Kashmir's Poonch district, officials said today.

Azmat Bi, 31, crossed over to PoK from Nakerkot village in Digwar forward belt yesterday, they said.

She sneaked into Pakistan-occupied Kashmir during the exchange of fire on the international border, the officials said.

A case has been registered, according to the officials.
