A woman and her one-year-old daughter died after being trapped in a fire that broke out in the kitchen while cooking, police said today.
The mishap occurred in Sisai Ranipur village of Chhapia area last night, they said.
Vidya and her daughter were taken to a nearby hospital where they were declared brought dead, police said, adding that all angles into their death are being probed.
