A woman gave birth in a car as she was stuck in heavy traffic while on her way to hospital at Shamli district here, police said Thursday.
The woman and the new born were admitted to a district health centre later, police said.
The incident occurred when Sima, wife of Avinash, was on her way to a hospital here, they said.
