A woman was killed after being hit by a speeding car at GT Road here today, police said.
Rekha, a resident of Chhaprola, was returning from school after dropping her children and crossing the road when the mishap took place under Badalpur police area, they said.
The woman died on the spot, they said, adding, an FIR has been lodged against an unknown person.
