Farzana was allegedly denied admission by hospital authorities last night as a doctor was not present at the time, her husband Khalid claimed.
No hospital staff came to her rescue when the woman was giving birth to the child, he alleged.
Meanwhile, district authorities have ordered an inquiry into the incident.
