The sessions court here has sentenced a 39 years old woman to life imprisonment for the murder of her husband and mother-in-law.
According to the prosecution, Padmakka (39), the accused, resident of Yerragunta village in Kanekal mandal, had an extra-marital relationship, which strained her relations with husband Sanjappa (47) and mother-in-law Tippamma (66).
On March 5, 2013, she hit her husband with a pestel and stabbed the mother-in-law.
