Kamlesh the wife of Azad Singh, a Class IV employee of the irrigation department, was suffering from chronic asthma, police said.
She was depressed due to her prolonged illness and the inability to meet the medical expenses, they said adding, a case has been registered by the Government Railway Police in the incident.
