A woman, who had kidnapped an 11-year-old boy to fulfil her aspiration of having one, has been arrested from Bhajanpura, police said.
"On March 5, the accused was caught by public and handed over to the police," said Ajit Kumar Singla, Deputy Commissioner of Police (North East District).
During interrogation it came out that the accused had two daughters.
"She revealed that to fulfil her wish of having a male child, she kidnapped the boy," said the officer.
