A 19-year-old woman, who was abducted in Jammu and Kashmir's Rajouri district, has been recovered even as efforts are on to arrest the abductors, police said today.
The woman was recovered yesterday after police conducted raids at several places.
The woman's father Mohammad Riyaz, a Rajwa Nowshera resident, had in a complaint alleged that her daughter had left for market on May 12 but did not return, they said.

On the basis of the missing complaint, police launched a manhunt and raided several places and recovered the woman from Thalka area, a police official said.
However, the adbuctors, identified as Mohammad Niaz and Kalu, managed to flee from the spot during the raid, he said.
We have handed over the woman to her family and efforts are on to nab the abductors, he added.
