A woman was killed and seven others were injured when the car they were travelling in collided with a truck on Delhi-Roorkee national highway, police said today.
The incident occurred yesterday when the victims were going to Kaliyar Sharif from Meerut, they added.
The deceased was identified as Anam (40), police said, adding that the injured have been admitted to a hospital.
