A woman was killed allegedly by her husband who hit on her head with a brick in Kathua district of Jammu and Kashmir.
The woman identified as Sanyogita Devi was brought to the district hospital in Kathua last night with serious injuries on her head, a senior police officer said.
The victim said that she was hit on head with a brick by her husband, they said, adding, she died in the hospital late last night.
Her husband Sunil Kumar has been arrested and booked under various sections of the Ranbir Penal Code including the section of murder, the officer said.
